All We Have To Do Is Wake Up And Change.

As temperatures soar, the need for environmentally friendly measures becomes imperative. It's time to initiate small steps that can lead to significant changes. From opting for reusable bags to making energy-efficient choices, every eco-friendly switch can contribute substantially. This World Environment Day, let's embrace brief yet valuable tips to foster a sustainable world.

  • Replace tissues with handkerchiefs.
  • Choose reusable handkerchiefs over disposable tissues to save trees and reduce waste
  • Switch from packaged plastic water bottles to reusable glass or stainless-steel bottles to avoid plastic and harmful chemicals
  • Use reusable containers instead of disposable food containers.
  • Use your own shopping bags to reduce plastic usage.
  • Opt for eco-friendly cleaning products that do not contain toxic chemicals.
  • Implement drip irrigation in place of using a hose to water the garden, which conserves water

At Ranade's, we are championing change and moving towards sustainability. We are considering potential "swaps" that will lead us to construct sustainable buildings—a modest contribution to protect our Mother Earth.

  • Utilizing water-efficient plumbing fixtures to save water.
  • Installing UV-resistant glass for windows to combat heat.
  • Applying low VOC paints for protection against the harmful effects of chemicals and paint odour
  • Implementing drip irrigation for landscaping in our projects.
  • Installing proximity-sensor common lights to save electricity.
  • Adopting solar systems for conventional water heating methods to save electricity and switch to natural resources
  • Generating solar electricity for common lighting.
  • Laying sun-resistant tiles on the top terrace to reduce heat effects.
  • Providing and encouraging the use of separate garbage bins for wet, dry, plastic, glass, and e-waste.
  • Designing innovative architecture with large windows to allow more daylight and cool breezes.

It takes a little effort to bring change. And it does work!
